Media Coordinator

As part of Jask Group, Jask Creative and Unmarked Agency are among Birmingham’s leading creative agencies. Working with a range of B2B, professional services and sports clients, we are passionate about creating the creative assets that help set our clients apart from the crowd.

We are now looking to appoint a Media Coordinator to work as part of our established and highly respected media team. Working closely with our Senior Media Production Manager, Head of Media and Creative Director, this is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to further their career in media production.

This varied role includes:
– Client account management across media projects
– Assisting in quoting projects, as well as sourcing locations, models, props, etc.
– Arranging permissions and risk assessments
– Assisting in creating proposal docs for new and existing clients
– Preparing shoot plans and job briefs
– Organising travel, accommodation and subsistence where required for shoots.
– Ensuring external suppliers invoices are accurate and processed correctly
– Maintaining project management systems
– Inputting into creative for projects
– Attending photoshoots in a client liaison / runner capacity

In return we can offer a salary of around £30,000 p/a, dependent on skills and experience, with a benefits package and an excellent working environment. Working from our offices in Solihull, this role will also involve working on location when required on shoot days.
