The Challenge
Geoworks required a method of demonstrating where their products are used on a building site, showing how they are fitted and the benefits they bring.
To be used as a tool to engage visitors at exhibitions, a solution was also required to engage users on their website.
The Solution
Working closely alongside Geoworks, we designed and developed a series of 6 animated CGI product videos showing how each product is fitted on-site.
We then created a unique 3D world consisting of a typical construction site where the products could be found. Animating different elements across the site, we brought the scene to life.
Combining this world with the individual product animations, we built an interactive web application where users can explore the products by tapping modals on the scene which open up the relevant product installation animation.

The Results
First used on a touchscreen display at the Highways UK exhibition, the web application successfully engaged visitors on the stand, collecting their details for future retargeting. Set up as a stand-alone application meant that no internet connection was required.
In addition to developing the application for use at events, we also created an adapted online version for use on the companies website. Finally we also provided the individual product animations separately, alongside a selection of still CGI graphics for wider use.
